IDOC to be geneated only after pressing "POST GR " Icon

Hi All,

In VL32N there is a ICON Name "POST GOODS RECEIPT"

I want the IDOC to be send only when clicking this ICON

Can you please let me know the message type,process code,basic type and what message should i set in NACR

Amey,

You can achieve this functionallity by using a "requirement" in the output determination procedure associated withe the message type that generates the message.

Transaction NACE

Application E1

- >Select the procedures button at the top of the screen

-> select the procedure you are using.

-> select control

add Requirement "17" to the output

Hi James,

Thanks 4 the reply.

We are using the standard document conditiion - "OPOD" I have added "17" to the requirement

Do i need to also CONFIGURE anyother setting for this POD.
