CMP3 - Copy "work to be distributed" automatically into the assigment

Hello,

We are using CMP3 (in SAP version ECC6) to assign network activities to a personnel resource. On the top half of the CMP3 screen we select the resource name and bottom half of the CMP3 screen we select the activity. Then we click the "create assignment" button. It then copies the activity up to the person who is now assigned to it. However, we still need to manually type in the work time value that is already in the "work to be distributed" on the bottom half of the screen. Is it possible to have CMP3 automatically copy that value when the assignment is being created?

Hi,

I dont think this functionality is there in the SAP standard. This could be because of multiple reasons. For eg. You could have more than 1 resource performing that activity and the reason i feel why SAP does not have this functionality is because you get that flexibility to distribute the work.

Maybe you could do some R&D to check if some development can be done to achieve this. All the best.
