Order could not be scheduled error for specific user

Dear All,

In Product view and through background job, while executing ppds planning run using "SAP_PP_002" Huriestics, we are facing exception message as "An activity has no valid modes" (But procurment type of the planning product is "F")

In planning log i can also see error like "Order could not be scheduled".

The error occurs only for specific user.

I executed with different user there is no error.

I have also try to execute planning run through product view, by changing PP startegy and user setting variant similar to my user id, but still specific user face mentioned issue

Please help us to solve the above issue.
