Issue when sending email from CRM Web UI

Hi All,

We are trying to send emails from Web UI. In Marketing manager BP role, we select "Mail forms" and send out the email.

In SCOT tcode, we can see the email stuck in "in transit" state. Also we are not receiving the email. In SOST, the status of the email is "Recipient Is Valid. Delivery Attempted".

To test the SCOT, we sent couple of test emails from SBWP tcode and we received them successfully.

Has anyone faced this issue before.

Can you please post the error on the mail trace in SOST?

Below is the log from SOST,

Diagnosis

The communication system recognized the recipient as valid and will send the message to this recipient, or will generate an appropriate status message if the message cannot be delivered.

System Response

Processing was completed normally.

Additional information on the node used (in the system language of the node, if available):

250 2.1.5 Ok

Procedure

No action is necessary.

As we are not supposed ti include email ids, i have replaced it with xyz.

That looks ok to me... and you can confirm that the recipient didnt got the mail?

Yes, we sent several emails, none of them were received.

Hello All,

Here my issue is i'm able to send email but the status is in transit instead of complete in SCOT transaction.i found the Oss Note 1714114 - SCOT: Exceptions for status request which resolve my issue.
