Can anyone tell me if it's possible, in the actual assessment process, to run just the one segment of a cycle instead of run the cycle?

I'm talking about the cycle in transaction KEU5. My doubt is: for exemple, I have a cycle with 2 segments, can I run just one segment and not the other?
