Hi experts,

We are using rfc_cua user for RFC communication between R/3 prd server and E-Rec prd server. Here issue is frequesntly rfc_cua user get's locked automatically. if we unlock the id it will work fine for one or two day and again it will get locked, There is no same amount of time gap between locking of this ID every time time. Kindly help me how to trace this issue.

Regards,

Sampath.

Hello Sampath,

Its because of CUA . Please check the outbond idocs for user master changes in CUA which contains the detials of password changes. Please change password there in outbond idocs USERCLONE.

You can also look to the security audit log (sm20) and choose RFC-/CPIC logon.

Check RZ20 CCMS under instance -> Security -> RFCLogon

You'll get a fairly good idea on how the users is getting locked.

Update the current password of rfc_cua in the RFC destination and perform Authorization check. If it is already working fine, then check other RFC destinations where the user is used and update the current password.
