Action don't see User status

HI all!!

Strange thing happened.

Yesterday everything worked fine.But i did some changes in start condition, then switch all back...but!!!!

What happening:

When i create my SDHF and enter it pres edit button!!

My action shows in action tab with yellow color but i dont need it at this moment coz user status is Created!

now when continue with procesing actions my action disappear from action tab.

And finally when user status reaches = successful tested

In action tab my action not appear

Action: send mail to processor when user status = successful tested.

my action definition:

Processing Time Processing when saving document

Processing Times Not Permitted No Restrictions

Sort Order For Display 30

Schedule Automatically = 'X'

PartnerFunction SDCD0004

Description Current Processor

Determination Technology Determination Using Conditions that Can Be Transported

Rule Type Workflow Conditions

Action Merging Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition

Processing type: via smarform.

Now ppf - conditions for actions:

Hi Sindry,

I'm referring to the status profile, not the action profile.

If a status profile has been copied (transaction CRMBS02) and assigned to the SDHF transactionprofile, the situation might occur that the condition is never met because the SDHFXXXX status is never set (assumed that the original SDHFHEAD profile has been copied to e.g. ZDHFHEAD or YDHFHEAD profile)

Can you check for copied status profiles and status profile assignment for transaction type SDHF?

status profile, is fine im using SDHF statuses. Never copied it ...

any solution for my problem?

Hi,

Could it be that you created the condition under "schedule condition" in stead of "start condition"?

Otherwise, can you confirm that you are using the standard SDHF status profile, or did you copy the status profiles to a Z-profile?

I suggest you to delete this action and then create it right from scratch. Hope you may get some hint which is causing problem.

deleted it and created new, dunno mb im doing something wrong. Didnt help.

I tried both schedule and start. Works same for me only in showing in 1st contact with SDHF.

im Using action profile SDHF_ACTIONS.

Never copied actions profiles

Ok the thing is user status of the SDHF Urgnt Correction changing by other Action, For example:

I Got action in action list 'Successfully tested' this action changhin user status from E0004 to E0005.

Readed many threads and Dolores's Wiki but...my situation hasn't changed...

Every time when im entereing in NEW created SDHF, pressing Edit button.

My Zaction is showing in Action tab. Then i change User status with action from action list(the button near edit button).

User status is changed, my action dissapears and never shows in SDHF more...

got 2 questions:

1. Why my action triggering in the begging( when user st = E0001 )??? i set start condition to "user stat = E0005( tested ok )".

2. Ok i dont mind that action is showing in begining but, my action not triggering after User status= E0005 settted by other action.

I know i can enter my action into action list ... but I want to automatically trigering of the my Action. When US = E0005.

Tried so many times changed everything....
