I just did a homogeneous system copy of a CRM 7.0 system. I cannot perform any RFC connections. It looks like a SID has not been changed but I don't know where it could be. Here is the log:

Was the hardware changed

Have u checked contents of secure storage TX secstore, it should all be in green.

If not, then you need to delete and re-create it

This is a common error when you do a system copy/Installation number change

I just regenerated the TMSADM user and now everything works ok. Thank you all so much.

Thank you for all the responses. I did what you all suggested. I fixed the SECSTORE; I updated the Kernel; and I ran BDLS. I also recreated the PSE and it checks out ok.

I am now getting the following error when I run a connection test in STMS:

ERROR DURING THE RETRIEVAL OF THE LOGON DATA STORED IN SECURE STORAGE.

Here is the RFC log:

Hello,

Have you performed the T-Code BDLS?

It will convert logical system names.

Thanks and Regards,

Bala

Check regenerating the PSE in STRUSTSSO2, also I found a [thread|; that points to a kernel issues so maybe check/update the kernel.
