user is getting permanently workitems

Hi

I have a very strange problem.

A user gets permanently workitems to approve or reject in SRM Web. The first problem is he can neither delete them nor

approve. I never have had such a problem. Is this maybe a bug in SRM ????

This Shopping Card was created on 29. September 2010. Later the SC was deleted by the user.

Hi,

if the requestor had already deleted the SC via the proper screen handling and the workflow item keeps re-surfacing for approver handling, then you have the right to report to SAP support requesting their assistance to investigate on the issue.
