After pushing out SAP GUI 720 as an upgrade to SAP GUI 710, the SAP Logon is not working properly due to the "tree control" not being initialized. I figured this out via trying to switch the display from signature to another theme(working on video memory issues) and the tree control error message pops up.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before?
The build is SAP GUI 720 patch level 4 hotfix 1 running on winXP with IE 8. I wanted to check before logging a message with SAP, which unfortuantely I can't leave the end-users' machine that long out of commission and right now don't have an access to a spare.
NwCheckWorkstation.exe only shows an error because the SAP Logon pad is not installed, otherwise the build appears fine.
