Error while trying to import DC

Hi All,

In scenario-2 Step1: Creating and locally building a Java DC, While trying to import a Development Configuration, the following error is encountered.

<b>No configuration on server or server error.</b>

Please give me some pointers to resolve the same.

Did you create any tracks in the CMS Landscape Configurator?

Did you use Fully Qualified Domain Names wherever a hostname is needed?

I didnot create any tracks in CMS Landscape configurator.

It's needed because Development Configurations are created from tracks.

You had to create a software component in SLD, then a new track in CMS.

In NWDS switch to "Development Configuration Perspective" and select the menu button "Wizard for import of development configuration". Here select you track "_DEV"

Now you can create a new DC.
