Tasks not shown in QM12

I have created some custom Notification types according to requirements.

For a given type, tasks are not displayed in QM12.

However, they can be accesed and processed from Notification (QM10 or QM02).

I searched the forum and SAP Notes but could not find any reference to this problem. I guess that must be related to Not. Type, but for other similar types is working OK.

Have you ever experienced this problem ?

Did you make sure you have the tasks mentioned in those notifications ? Because if you dont have task maintained, it won't show up in QM12 but it will show up in QM10 based on notifcation number.

Yes, quite sure, because you can access tasks from the notification.

actually this doesn't happens.make sure that u have selected same objects in QM10 and QM12.

Remove selection profiles, outstanding tasks only and then check

Thank you Yogini, But this does happen.

In fact, the same situation occurs in QA system, so I guess that it's related somehow to the notification type.

Solved !

The problem was :

the interlocutor function in the tasks was "KU" coordinator instead "VU" responsible

I assing by default VU and the tasks are now listed in QM12.

But bear in mind that if the function is KU , tasks are not shown !!
