credit memo

is it possible to print the credit memo after processing it? i tried but nothing happened, experts help out.

in the document flow, it shows that the credit memo is OPEN, what does that mean

For getting a printout of credit memo,

configure an output type, do all the necessary configuration settings for ourput determination, insert or check the relavant smart form, with the help of a technical consultant.

Now, you should be able to have an hard copy of the credit memo, after completion of all the prerequisite work, mentioned above.

'Open' means - Goods/materials are YET to be delivered to the customer, wrt to this credit memo value.

[Here, no inventory inpact in system, ONLY value impact]

do you want to print output for credit memo?? yes system will alloc to print n number of time, but second cpy may get as duplicate.

Open means accouting document is not cleared, your ask your FI person regaridng open.
