Some of the users are getting the error while working in ERP system.

Cannot start transaction SESSION_MANAGER

The transaction cannot be started as it is already running

You can not start the transaction again directly from the navigation transaction ( SAP Easy Access).

Ask the users to use just /n to get to the session manager, rather than to use /nsession_manager.

Hi Sameer,

Try with this solution,

Go to transaction se16 give the table name as ssm_cust and execute it where you will find a option like

NEW_WINDOW_MODE" = "NO" (default value) or it seems to be blank.

Set the below value = 'YES'

and check hoping this will work.

Check logs in SM21 and also check for missing authorizatons in SU53.
