Hi friends

I am Primarily a PP Consultant but also required to support QM .

Though SAP provides a plethora of information in the form of SAP help & I refer it as

& when required on case basis ,

Shall appreciate if you can suggest me a web ink where I get a conceptual understanding of the QM module

(for Self Training ) .

Hi,

Althought at this moment I do not know of a good site for the information that you are looking for.

There is a nice book that may be a help for you.

The title is Quality Management with SAP by Galiel Press (SAP Press).

The Authors are Michael Holzer and Michael Schramm.

I think is a good reference book for implementing QM.
