EIC - Followup activity not appering in EIC agent2 Inbox

Hi,

I have 2 EIC agents (agent1 & agent2). Agent1 puts a follow up activity for agent2 but it is not appearing in agent2 inbox. Kindly let me know the correct configuration for this.

Hi,

Two areas to check - have you defined the types of Follow-Up Activities and assigned the type of the Follow-Up Action to an organization that Agent 2 is part of? (Table VC_HREIC_FOLLUP_VP)

Second, have you activated the WorkFlows for Task Group 61000005?
