RFx approval

Hi Experts,

I have saved the RFx, now this RFx is in status " awaiting for approval", but in RFx screen in Approval tab i can not add the approver since it is not poping up ( can not choose this button) , are there any configuration settings required?? i have already activated the BC set(3EV_RQ_600_01). Pls give your feedback.

Hi,

Please go to BBP_PD transaction and let us know the document status and workflow ID and workflow status.

Status -- ERROR

No Workflow Item Found.

and

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1041 RFx Ready

The workflow status is error.

Please check the error detail in the SWI2_DIAG transaction.

Hi Masa,

Under SWI2_DIAG transaction the error details is :

Error handling for work item 000000064654

Termination triggered in '' - Rollback required

Work item 000000064654: Object /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MGR_SBWF method FINISH_PROCESS cannot be exe

Unable to process event -> Work item has final status

Termination triggered in '' - Rollback required.

THe workitem Task: WS40000014 is correct or not??

Hi,

Is there any document in RFx?

Please go to BBP_PD and select "Check Again" link in Message section. Is there any error message in Message section after selecting "Check Again"?

In SPRO- Process controlled Workflow- Define agents(/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER) i have the following standard BadI implementations :

/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RFQ_RR_EMPLOYEE

/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RFQ_RR_MANAGER

/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RFQ_RR_MANOFMA

/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RFQ_RR_PURMGR

/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RFQ_RR_RLUNIT

/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RFQ_RR_ROLE

Apart from this any new Badi has to be implemented to add *Approver * in RFx???

Hi,

Add Approver is standard function. It should work in standard.

What is the Support Package level? The latest SP is SP09.

I checked in SWI2_DIAG : The errors for particular RFx are:

Error handling for work item 000000065745

Error in resolution of rule 'AC40000138' for step '0000000293

Agent determination for step '0000000293' failed

Error during result processing of work item 000000065772

Error when processing node '0000000293' (ParForEach index 000000)

Error when creating a component of type 'Step

Error when creating a work item

There is no chief position for US BP3. -

( in org structure how to make position as chief ????- In my org structure one position is marked as Head of organisational unit)

It says no manager is defined in Org structure. Please maintain the manager flag.

Please make sure you are looking at same RFx in BBP_PD and SWI2_DIAG. Do not mixed up with other document.

In org structure the User is having position with red hat.( manager)

You can activate the BCSet for without approval in SCPR20 transaction.

Hi,

I have just checking in SPRO-Define process level -- Process level configuration -- The entries are

Eval.ID Resp.Resolver Description

3EV_RQ_600_001_100 RR_Manager Get Creator's Line Manager for Approval

But the same time i do not find the same entry in Spro

Process controlled work flow --Define agents -- Implementations for BADI definitions -- /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER.

1) Request for Quote: Get Manager of Previous Approver for Approval

2) Request for Quote: Specify Employee for Approval

3) Request for Quote :Get Manager of Document Owner for Approval

4) Request for Quote :Get Manager of the Purch. Group for Approval

5) Request for Quote : Get all Employees of Specified Department for Approval

6) Request for Quote :Get all Users of Specified Role for Approval

But Get Creator's Line Manager for Approval is not there do we need to create the BADI for this so that the we can add approver in RFx.
