ISU BOL Tree configuration in CRM 7.0

Hello Experts

I need help to configure BOL Tree workbench in CRM 7.0 which is available from UTIL_IC profile in account overview. After account confirmation I can see the data in Business Data environment but not in Service Location or Technical Data environment.

Anyone who has configured this please let me know the steps

Hi,

it might be a silly question, but the cookbook "How to use the BOL tree " is known? Please check the service marketplace for utilities and there the cookbooks in the SAP CRM for Utilities section.

Did you find an answer to this? You have to assign appropriate profiles to the trees here; Settings for Object Workbench > Assign Profiles to Overview

I am trying to get some information on these also such as functionality of these standard trees, navigation, etc.

The three trees being; Business Data Environment, Service Location Environment and Technical Data Environment
