Error #1009 SPM Detail Reports

Hi All,

I understand that Error #1009 may be a portal configuration error. Error #1090 is mentioned here:

This error is only experienced when attempting to run the "Detail Reports" in SPM.

As far as I can see, all the settings are correct and present in t-code SICF and WSADMIN. Also the port number of the WebAS configuration is 8101, the same as in "services" in SMICM.

SPM Central Release Note (1424521) explains that this is an error in a different context, addressed in SP4 Patch 3.

Are there any known oustanding issues regarding this error?

What am I missing?

Hi Neil

Are you already working on something higher than 2.1 SP04 patch3?

If not then get the latest SP and the latest patch and try.

Hi Rajesh,

Yes we're running the version SP5 Patch 1.

I only mentioned it as I wondered if there are still known issues surrounding it.

Then I am not sure whats going on, since you mentioned that it is working for other reports and breaks only for detail.

Your best bet is to start with Java logs, they usually give a pretty good idea of where the problem lies and then take it from there allthe way to the BW side.
