Clearing the stock from 911

Hi,

How do we clear the stock from 911. Here is the scenario as below.

1 - Goods issue is done in IM for 10 qty.

2 - Now the stock in LS24 is 911 - 10 Qty

3 - TO is confirmed in WM for 9 qty.

4 - Now the stock in LS24 will be 999 - 1 Qty & 911 - 1 Qty

5 - Using LI21 iam doing a write off for 999 so that the stock in IM & WM remains same

6- Finally i need to clear the stock in 911 - 1 QTY

Iam struck up in point no 6. Would appreciate if any one could throw a light how to get rid of stock from 911.

Or is there any other better way of handling this situation.

Hi

If the stock in 911 is negative there should be a positive qty somewhere with the same batch etc. use LT01 to move one to 911 and the bin number and this will remove the negative and balance the stock

If the stock in 911 is positive then you can use LT10 or LT01 to manually move the stock to 999 and then use LI21 to clear it

Hi Frenchy,

Thanks for your inputs. In this case one positive would be 999 where we need to write off this .

Issue is resolved. Following is the process.

1 - Clear the stock using LI21 for the one which is in 999

2- Create a TO using LT01 with the source s.type / bin as the actual one which has the stock and the destination s.type/ bin as 911

3 - When you confirm the TO the stock becomes neutral.

Hi,

You can do as below.

create T.O to move stock from 911 to 999 using Tcode : LT01.

now clear stock using LI21.
