SRM 7.0 Portal error

Hi,

We are using SRM 7.0 and I logged in into the Portal as the admin.

When I click on the 'User Administration' tab I get a message saying : "Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro! " Please advise on what could be the issue. However I dont get such message when I click on the other 2 tabs i.e. 'Content Administration' & 'System Administration'.

Also under 'Content Administration', I am trying to create my own folder with SRM7.0 content by right clicking on 'Portal Content'. However I do not get any option of creating a 'new' folder.

What browser/version are you using to access the portal?
