TPLOGNAMES ERROR IN DB01

Hi Friends

I am seeing the following entries in my Production System in db01:

Object Name Status SID Oracle Sha PID Time

TPLOGNAMES HOLD 53 1528036 1445986 99842

TPLOGNAMES __WAIT 57 446708 1499346 84649

TPLOGNAMES __WAIT 56 1556584 1974524 21572

But, there is no import taking place and infact the last import was more than 7 days back. On AIX when i check for the tp process i found the corresponding entries

sidadm 1445986 1618074 0 Feb 20 - 3:58 /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/tp sapgw00 21995836 IDX=10

sidadm 1499346 1503404 0 Feb 20 - 10:44 /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/tp sapgw00 35692227 IDX=25

sidadm 1560704 1503404 0 14:21:58 - 4:29 /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/tp sapgw00 21695260 IDX=7

sidadm 1589298 1618074 0 14:42:49 - 0:07 /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/tp sapgw00 22965118 IDX=19

sidadm 1974524 1618074 0 08:38:59 - 3:23 /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/tp sapgw00 00328896 IDX=7

now i am confused as to how this table was locked and by which process. I am experiencing this warning first time in our environment. Has anybody experience this warning before and how to resolve this.

i know i can kill the process from os level but how can i trace back by what process or activity this table TPLOGNAMES was locked so as to avoid this from happening in future.
