Hello Gurus...
I am into an issue where the Users are not getting the Shopping Carts into Universal Worklist.
I have checked in SWI6 and it shows the Work Item ID in Approvers queue
but the same does not how up in UWL....
Users get offline approval mails which do not work,I mean when users try approving,it would not work.
has anyone faced the same issue..?how do I fix this..?

Hi,
UWL issue:
+ Check the WebFlow connector is registered and status is OK in UWL
+ Check authorization for the user. Test with SAP_ALL authorization
Offline approval issue:
+ Check /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND program is used
+ Check details what does not work. Is reply email generated? Is the email reached to SRM server?

Perhaps some additional information would help?
What SRM release?
What Support Package Level?
What Version of Portal/patch level?
Occurs for all users/one user/group of users?
Providing more inforamtion will prompt better responses from our Community.
I also suggest you browse the Portal Forums where there is a specific forum for UWL issues which is frequented by UWL experts, it may also be worth raising your query there.
