Order acknowledgment is not sent to customer

Hi All,

I have an issue where in the Sales order comfirmation is not sent to the cuastomer. The order confirmation is not getting faxed to the customer.

I checked the Output determination its been maintained.

Eevn I tried with different dispatch time, but still its not working.

Hi,

To send the order acknowledgement to the customer through mail / fax functionality you need the help from SAP Basis guys. They do the configuration in SAPconnect Administration (Transaction SCOT). These will be done in 5 steps using different T.codes.

The order was created by Batch job and the ID with which it was created was actually not valid.
