Report execution History

Hello Everyone,

We have a business requirement that require to know what reports are being run in BW server and user that executed it.

I tried with St03N but not able to get the data.

If this can be done by audit logs then please let me know the process.

Hi,

I am not sure where you tried to look for the data in ST03N. But it is available in ST03N. Look inside "Transaction Profile->Standard"

You can use transaction STAD.

However STAD does not store history for long time as it depends on the file size of STAD. Once file size is reached the oldest data is overwritten.

You can also use Audit logs.

Switch on Audit logs in SM19.

Then you can check logs in SM20
