Hi Balaji Sampath,

What is your B1 version and PL? It sounds like a bug to me.

Thanks,

Hello,

You receive this message at 2 different systems or on 2 different client machines.

If 2 different client machines, than you must reinstall the SQL Natvie client on these 2 machines.

If 2 different installation (2 differerent environment) this issue maybe the tcp SynAttackProtect issue, which means that the Windows 2003 server drops the conenction of the heavy work load clients randomly. If you using Broadcom network adapters in the server, may read the following:

More info:

1. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942861

2. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms189083(v=SQL.90).aspx?

Whether in a test environment or in production I would first try to disable the TCP Chimney Offload feature of the Broadcom Network card, as documented in the Microsoft kb 942861 (#1 above)

Also you can find useful information logged by SAP B1 Application and addons in Citrix Servers, in the "Program FilesSAPSAP Business OneLog" directory, in the txt files. You may check these files to discover where could be the problem....

The same here after upgrade from 2007 to 8.82 PL01.

Why is that that SAP knows this bug since almost half year and do nothing with that - even in new major version 8.82 ?

anyone has any ideas on how to solve this?

Started to happen on all clients a week after the customer upgraded from 2007 to 8.81 PL6.

Restarted the server and some clients, which didn't help.
