Item Pricing Date Not Changable at returns ???

For Normal Order Proceaaing item level's pricing date is open but for returns order it is not changable.So how can we configure it to be changable.

Hello Guys

What was the resolution to this? We are merging two SAP systems and on one it is allowed to change the pricing date on the line whereas the other we are not. We would like to open this field up on the new system but have not established how this was originally changed.

I am creating a return order without reference...which means it contains return materials of orders of different order dates.So how can we handle this situation?

Check in t.code VOV7, for the return item category, value X is set in the field Pricing. Also check any user-exit is preventing change of pricing date in the sales order.

Hi Sam,

The pricing field should not change when you take the goods return.

If at all if you want to repay the amount lesser than the price to the customer you can play in credit memo. You can do some discounting with the help of introducing condition types.
