Creating solution in Solution Database

Dear Friends,

I have configured creating solution in solution database in our solution manager 7.0 EHP 1.

But there is problem in tab Problem classification we are not able to find the problem code.

How can we configure "Problem code" in problem classification and Solution Classification.
