Hi ,
Please check T Code OVK1 in which you have to assign you tax category to Country India has been maintained or not.
Also check T Code OVK3 - maintenance of Customer Tax Classification.

Hi,
This tax classification view is common for all sales areas, you cannot differentiate based on sales areas. The entries are technically found in the table KNVI.
The countries are populated in this screen based on the country of the plant to which your sales organisations (to which the customer is created for) are assigned.
