issue while taking print of smartform

Hi,

i am facing issue in smartforms that i developed one form which has single page while seeing print preview

it shows two pages data but when i am taking print by dot matrix ,data of first page and second page is coming

in single page . actually i had taken print initially it is working fine by when i am taking print now iam getting this issue

can any one help on this please...

Hi Pavan,

This is becoz of Printer settings, Tell to your basis admin to change printer settings as per your requirement.

Plz chnge yr dynamic portion i.e. template dimensions according to yr required output in the dimensionc tab.
