Integration Server Cache Refresh in High Availability SSL PI Installation

The following error shows when I try to refresh the runtime cache in the Integration Directory.

Any ideas?

You get Standard HTTP ERROR 401 unauthorized - Your user credentials are not allowing to do the above runtime cache refresh. Check with BASIS and see what role do you have ..

Maybe you don't have the permission role for cache refresh command....
