Add Approver Search shows same person multiple times

Hi

We have users that move from one org to another org.

When we search for them in Buy on Behalf Of...It works fine ....shows 1 per user.

But same users show multiple times in Add Approver Help.

WDR_SELECT_OPTIONS is used by Buy on Behalf Of and

WDR_F4_ELEMENTARY is used by Add Appover

we are using SRM 7 SP 08....is there a notefix for this ?

Is any one running into same issue?

Hello,

Multiple relations for an employee (business partner) in table BUT050 / BUT052 is an inconsistent status which causes this issue.

Try to revert the user from original organization, then save.

Now, move user to the new organization again and save.

Check if issu still occurs.

Are there any reports which can find such users and help fix them automatically.

FYI....we have a lot of users who change orgs frequently in Production.

please check if the users are assigned to multiple positions in PPOSA_BBP. that is they are assgined simulateneosuly to different departments
