Infospoke loads too slow

Recently we upgraded the BW from 3.5 to 7.0. The infospoke load which used to take 45 minutes earlier is taking more than 6 hours to complete. It is not showing up any errors neither in application nor at the database level.

Can someone share what parameters to be checked or tuned for this unusual behavior!

Any ideas where to start investigations or what the reasons for that bad performance could be?

Hi Tony,

Did you check CPU & Memory untiltization during the load? Did you find any issues in these areas? One more thing you can consider is increasing the temp & undo table space if you find they are completely occupied during the load period.

Hi Guys,

We have the same problem. The infospoke which generally takes 1 hr, it takes 6-7 hours on some days during the month. There is no specific period in month when it takes very high time to load. Any idea please why suddenly its performance goes bad during few days of the month....How did you resolve the problem?
