Hi,

Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40,075)

Message no. /SAPAPO/OM102

Diagnosis

An application program has called a COM routine. During the process, an error occurred.

I got the above error while copying data from infoprovider to planning area using t code TSCUBE.

How to resolve this?

Please check if the info object 9AVERSION is included in the cube (which you use as source to load data into planning area).

Hi,

Is your issue resolved, If not please run MPOS consistency checks, Planning area consistency check and livecache consistency check.

Hi Yogeesha,

While using transaction /SAPAPO/TSCUBE to restore data back to the planning area, if the the keyfigure value in infocube and planning area are both fixed, system issues the error message which you have mentioned(40,075). Please check if the note 1057308 is present in your system to solve the issue.

Sorry for late reply, Yes it was KF lock issue. One user was logged in & was in edit mode for the copying KF.

Every error that mentions 'COM' is a LiveCache error.

First ask your basis team to look at the health of your LiveCache.
