Create with reference - Alternative items

Hello Everyone,

I do not have access to SAP now. Could you kindly let me know when creating a sales order referencing a Quotation having Alternative items, what are the copying options?

Is it that only either the main item or the Alternative items can be copied but not both?

In the copy control settings (VTAA) for Quotaion - Order, @ item level you have settings to control the product selection

If Blank - you can rerun the product selection in the order, Option A- copy from quotation.

May be you can explore your options and use the appropriate one.

Dear Sai,

Using the selection list, is it possible to copy the Main item and any Alternatives into the document, eg. from inquiry to quotation.

Or only either the main item or the alternative item can be copied?

If so, can you give an example of Alternatives?
