Set a User Status depending on System Status

Hi,

I would like to activate a user status of the sales document depending on the Rejection Status.

Do you know how this could be done?

hi

you have to define the user status profile and you have to allow/set the business transaction for that and it can be achieved

I've created a Status Profile with the Object Types: Sales Order header and Sales Order item.

But I don't know which Business Transaction I should allow/set in order to get this status set once a rejection reason is assigned to an item.

Any suggestion? Or workaround?

Hi,

After creating user status profile,it has to assign to the respective document type.Go to document type(VOV8),under transction flow,there is status profile field,assign your user status profile and do the same to the item category.

I wasn't asking how to assign the status profile to the document. I'm looking for the business transaction which would allow me to set a user status once an item (or all) of the sales document has been rejected.
