RECON ACCOUNT IS GREY IN XD02 but in Change mode in FD02 Why????

dear experts,

I have an issue..when I am trying to put recon account in XD02 mode it is coming greyed out but when I am in FD02 mode it is in Change mode..why???

Plz help me out as soon as possible

Go to OB20, select "Change Customer (Accounting)", double click on "Company Code data" so that you can see Recon account would have been selected for Req.Entry.

Similarly, you have to do for "Change Customer Centrally" also.

NOt clear to me Lashmipati..... I saw there is no central set up in OBD2 means centrally it is maintained as req entry but in OB20 i found in chage customer mode its in req mode but in display customer mode its in display . I think it is obvious ,...then how it is affecting in this scenario....
