No authorization for OSS

D/ Friends,

I'm opening OSS site http://service.sap.com/notes. I'm entering my User ID & Password, but sys is showing "Authorization Error". When I'm requesting for a new password, another err is coming "The specified e-mail address, xxxxxxxyahoo, is not assigned to user S000XXXXXX." Data entered is 100% correct.

Pls advice.

D/ NAr,

Actually I'm a certified consultant. The education partner gave me User Id & Password on clearing the exam. So in my case BASIS will not be able to provide any help. So pls suggest something else. Will contacting education partner provide any help?

Please write to SAP and get the new password , may be your old password is locked ...
