Dear Friends,
I thinking of updating the SIS with document data that uses common master data.
I need clarification as follows:
1. There is a common Division DIV1 defined for DIV2, DIV3 in customizing. Their Sales org is Sorg1 and the Distribution Channel is DC1.
When I create a sales order using Sorg1 + DC1 + DIV1, this is reflected in the SIS.
When I create a sales order using Sorg1 + DC1 + DIV2, which Sales Area would this document data be reflected in the SIS?

It is a general logic that for whatever sales area you create sale order and billing, system will update SIS for that sales area only.
