actions/roles to run Self Services in NW 7.3

I have created user and assigned it my own roles. When this user accesses UME Self Services I am getting "You are not authorized to perform this action. Contact your system administrator."

What is the minimum set of roles/actions user must have in order to access UME Self Services only?

Hi,

have you searched SAP documentation? There are sections dedicated to various self services such as self-management. Just search NW documentation.

Looks like I will need to have Manage_My_Password.

I have another question though. Can I deploy my role (actions.xml) and reference UME.Manage_My_Password there?

If I specify it, I get deployment error, because it appends application specific part to name of action:

Action ACTN.AUTH_DS.un:N$sap.com/me~ear$Manage_My_Password not existing.

Any ideas?
