approval of Shopping cart

hi guys can anybody tell me once if the shopping cart has been done any changes at buyer level and when it returns to requestor,do the requestor should accept the changes of buyer or can he use 'change' button and change the shopping cart?

Are you using AC or PC WFL?

A) For AC WFL the changes can be done (button change appears) for approver and/or requestor according the BBP_WFL_SECURITY . If BBP_WFL_SECURITY is lower than 2 the approver and requestor should be able to change

the cart. But if BADI BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI is active it can overwrites the BBP_WFL_SECURITY settings.

B) For PC WFL this is more rrestrict.

-> The approver: in the standard it is only possible to change notes and attachments. But this can be done by customer via note 1277921.

Workflow is configuable based on business requirement. Both scenario are possible.

From SRM 700 onward BUYER can not change any piece of data in the shopping cart item . but he can add price and source of information.
