Team

We are installing Netweaver Java Stack on Windows 2008 R2 and ended up with error during the Starting Java Phase. When I checked the logs, I am getting the following error, I have also upgraded the kernel to 7.01 Kernel patch 94 and still has the problem. I know SAP started Support Windows 2008 R2 as we have already did ABAP in the new version.

Hi,

Which Netweaver stack version you are installing? Also did you copy the new kernel in both JC01/SYS/exe/run/... & JC01/exe/ dir?

Compare the jcontrol & jlaunch version in both directory.

Guys

The new version supports in the New Kernel. I was upgrading the kernel in the worng place. I did copied the files in exe\uc\NTADM directory and the installation has passed that stage.

I just found one note where we can Adjust the Kernel during the Installation itself. We need to prepare the Master Kernel DVD with the new Kernel Files.

Please check this Notes.
