Connecting cProjects 4.5 to SAP R/3 4.7 possible ?

Hi Guru's,

we have the challange in an customer project to connect a cProjects 4.5 to a SAP R/3 4.7 system. The installation guide said that the component ECC 5.0 is mandatory for the connection from cProjects 4.x. So this component is not part of R/3 4.7 of course. The question is: is there a official possibility to connect a cProjects 4.5 system to SAP R/3 4.7?

Hi Jochen,

there is no standard solution for this. However we have done this on customer-specific basis and could offer a consulting solution. I do not have the details at hand, but you can drop me an eMail with your business details as short reminder and I will try to get the information for you.

Better - of course 🐵 - would be to consider an upgrade of the R/3 system or to wait for this upgrade, if it is planned for the near future anyway to avoid efforts for you.
