VA05 filter

Hi All,

In VA05, i am trying to create a new variant with reason of rejection as a filter data.

But when i see go into the filter and click on F4, i am not able to see the reason for rejection those are exist in the system.

I am getting only 7 out of 40 reason of rejection. I have populated the list with the standard variant then i am trying to create a new variant.

Need help on this issue.

Hello whats the display model you are using ?Grid or standard.

However try this. In the next session go to Rejection reason entries(T Code OVAG), copy the column of the rejection codes.

Then in the VA05 filter, copy from clipboard. This might work.

Hi sai,

The copy -paste thing is not working.

I came to know that from the list only it will populate the filter options (same as EXEL).That is why it is showing limited no. of options in the filter out of total reason for rejection. So that is normal.

But i have observed another thing that even if there are two reason of rejection in the list, if i go to filter data, i can able to see more than two values. For the other reason for rejection sales orders are exist but in the list they are not showing, only in filter reason for rejections values are showing.

Check the maximum hits displayed number.Is there any issue to save as variant?.
