ST03N shows old data

ST03N now showing latest data.

It shows last year upto mar-2010 data.

Hi Gurus

I am also trying to find user transaction code data for the last 12 months but the system will only go back 3 months, so is this normal or is there a way to get this information?

Hi,

The Data which is availble in ST03 is depends on the Work Load Collector  paramater which was defined.

Generally it was maintained as for 3 months. If you want to increase the same please follow as like below .

Go to ST03--> Expert Mode -->Collector and Performance DB-->Workload Collector Data base-->Reorganization-->Control.

In Control Check the Area Type : WA(Task Type Profile) and maintain values as per your requirement.

Hi,

Please try the following:

1300273 - SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR: New architecture as of 7.20

Also, try using function module "SWNC_COLLECTOR_CLEAN_SWNCMONI". force mode and execute. System jobs which planned through SM36 will fill the tables for st03n and it will display correct information soon.
