i need to have following reports & expecting your help.

1. List of Items with value for which Picking & PGI done but invoice not yet prepared.

2. List of Sale Orders with value for which Picking List not yet prepared.

3. List of Deleted items in Picking List (during Picking & PGI)

For the above requirement check the below

If you want all the above in a single report then go for a Z report.

Please check the below

2) For your 2 requirement

IF you have picked the quantity then i can assume that picking list is prepared. Check if any any indicator is there whether the picking list is prepared.

Then you can use that logic in the Z report. While for the list of sales order you can use the tables VBAK, VBAP and LIKP and LIPS. In LIPS check the field PICKING if this field has any value then assume that it is picked else not picked.

Sales order value you can consider VBAK-NETWR and also the tax

3) for this you can use the tables CDHDR and CDPOS and LIKP-VBELN (Delivery Number).

As any changes to the Sales Document will be stored in those tables.

Explore the above tables i hope you can make a step ahead in understanding and building the required logic
