UAR process not working properly

Hi All,

We have configured workflow for UAR process. Now these are the steps i followed.

I have two stages Reviewer and Security,My Reviewers are Managers which i have maintained in Active Directory. I have also done the co-ordinator reviewer mapping. Initially the requests were generated, but suddenly they have stopped working. I have run the following jobs,

1.) Role Usage Synchronization job

2.) UAR review load data

3.)UAR review update workflow

The requests that were generated initially only showed one user with his roles. Now whenever i run these jobs no requests are generated.

Can any one help?

Please check whether there is data in the table GRACROLEUSAGE for the connector.

UAR is working fine.

Just one question, not all users are updated for which the review requests are generated. Why So? What is logic for the Users to appear in the UAR request ?

Sorry for going back to such an old thread... Did you ever find an answer to your problem? I am facing the same challenge with not all users showing up...
