Hi ,

I need find to fetch the following data for different company codes.

I did not find in OVKK is there any table where I canfind this relation.

You have to execute SQVI and table join T683V and TVK0 (zero)

Sorry it should have been TVKO only and not zero.

Appreciate your help I could not find doc types in that like I wanted to fetch the doc types associated with that sales org.One more thing if I need to find the condition type for e.g with that sales org what are the condition types linked and corresponding condition records is it possible by joining.

You can find document type related to a sales organisation in table TVAKZ. For condition types, first you need to identify in V/07 for that condition type what access sequence table is maintained. For example, for PR00, normally we maintain the combination of "Customer / Material with release status. The table for this combination is 305. So you have to consider A305.

So, now you have to consolidate multiple tables like TVKO, T683V, TVAKZ & A305.

I am almost there one more final final question in V/07 for that access sequence i see more than 40 condition tables as this condition is shared by multiple portfolio. I know we just maintain for 3-4 tables for our portfolio. How can I find which are our condition tables corresponding to that access sequence. for e.g

684 SalesDocTy/Plant

713 Sales org./Distr. chl/SpecProcId

854 Sales org./SalesDocTy/RecipCntry/TaxCl1Cust/TaxCl.Mat

853 Sales org./RecipCntry/TaxCl1Cust/TaxCl.Mat

921 Payer Tax Class Overwritten or Certificate Exists

959 SalesDocTy/Country/RecipCntry/TaxCl.Mat/Item cat.

960 SalesDocTy/Country/RecipCntry/TaxCl.Mat

935 SalesDocTy/Cty S. O./Pay. Cty./TaxCl1Cust

937 SalesDocTy/Cty S. O./Pay. Cty./Plant/TaxCl1Cust

Go to VK12, key in that pricing condition and click on "Condition Information" from top. Just execute from there so that system will show for what combination, the pricing condition records are maintained.
