Hi experts,

I have done barcode template in my smartfrom with Z pageformat ,When i am checking logs in SP02, There are many spool requests which is completed with problems.

The error log is showing

About the warning:

'OTF module: Unknown print control should be output':

Please go to transaction SE73 - Printer Fonts and select

your device type. Now you see that the device type

contains the fonts, which has a defined printcontrol.

Which is the exact print way to the printer. So with which

access method and device type is the output device installed,

do you print via a print server, which operation system does it

use etc.

For the Error during print request output. l_rc = 99:

Do you get messages in the syslog or the trace of the spool

workprocess?

Hi veena,

please check if you have done following thing.

1) Add the custom z page format to the device type. ( every printer has a device type which you can see in SPAD).

Ensure your page format is associated to the device type.

2) Check if you have used any print controls. If you have ensure you add them to the device type. Check this in SPAD.

Ask the basis person to do the above config.
