Pricing element in price determination

Hello Folks,

Which pricing element is used to control pricing such that you can specify a customer specific price instead of a general material price to be used during automatic price determination in a sales document ?

Should it be Access sequence or control table which contains the fields?

hello friend I think you are looking for giving Special Prices to particular customer. For that you can select relevant condition tabels. For Example if you want to give 100 rs discount on a particular material to a sprecific customer than select condition table 05 (customer/material discount) and assign fields to it. when you fill condition records from VK11 , the system will show you all condition table , select the relevant table and proceed and fill all the details.

If you want to give discount to a specific customer on whole purchase then select condition table 07.

It is the condition table which determines the special pricing for a particular customer/material

A condition table defines the combination of fields (the key) that identifies an individual condition record. A condition record is how the system stores the specific condition data that you enter in the system as condition records. For example, when you enter the price for a product or a special discount for a good customer, you create individual condition records.

Example

Example of a Condition Table

A sales department creates condition records for customer-specific material prices. The standard R/3 System includes condition table 005 for this purpose. The key of table 005 includes the following fields:

• Sales organization

• Distribution channel

• Customer

• Material

The first two fields identify important organizational data and the last two fields express the relationship between customers and specific materials. When the sales department creates a condition record for a material price or discount that is specific to one customer, the system automatically uses condition table 005 to define the key and store the record.
